So just trying to set up a meeting with a man who worked in the mill until 1954! Fingers crossed i can make it happen and try and get a real insight into what it was actually like to work in the mill.

So last week I went to bagenals castle museum and Newry library got loads of info on the mill and the people connected with it. This week I'm off to the Irish studies library in Armagh to see what treasures I can dig up!

The Quays shopping centre is now situated in the old yard of Drumalane Mill
So i have decided on Drumalane Mill as my topic for my research project, dont know much about at the minute but hopefully by the end of this module ill be kind of an expert on it. Fingers crossed!
